INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND FIELD SERVICES

From Cable Infrastructure to Power Distribution: Planned Execution and Traceable Quality

We provide electrical installation services for industrial facilities, oil and gas projects, refineries, petrochemical plants, power stations and infrastructure projects. Our scope covers cable containment, earthing, lightning protection, cable pulling and termination, lighting, transformers and power distribution equipment.

We execute field works against approved engineering documents, client specifications, manufacturer instructions and applicable project requirements. By coordinating schedule, safety, installation quality and handover documentation, we support a controlled transition to testing and energisation.

- Verification of separation distances and connection details against approved designs.

- Installation and connection checks for specified surge protective devices — SPDs.

- Recording of continuity, connection and associated earthing tests.

Installation scope follows the approved lightning protection design. Protection coverage and risk assessment are treated as separate engineering services where required.

4. CABLE PULLING AND INSTALLATION

We deliver planned installation of MV, LV, control and auxiliary system cables.

- Verification of cable schedules, drum schedules, routes and circuit identification.

- Drum receiving, storage, handling and pre-pull checks.

Cable rating and protection coordination decisions are implemented from approved engineering documents. Field deviations are submitted for technical approval.

5. CABLE TERMINATION AND JOINTING

- Glanding, lugs, ferrules and terminal connections for LV power and control cables.

- MV cable joints and terminations within the agreed scope.

- Verification of kit compatibility with cable type, voltage class, cross-section and screen construction.

- Cable preparation and stripping to manufacturer dimensions.

- Lug crimping with suitable maintained/calibrated tools and correct dies.

- Application and recording of manufacturer terminal torques.

- Completion of armour, screen and sheath bonding arrangements.

- Checks of phase identification, clearances, mechanical loading and cable supports.

- Ex glands, adapters and stopping plugs in hazardous areas.

- Post-termination continuity, phase and specified electrical tests.

MV jointing and termination are performed by personnel competent for the applicable kit and cable system. Test methods, voltages and acceptance criteria account for the cable system and connected equipment.

6. LIGHTING SYSTEMS
